Shipping Policy
Orders ship each business day from our Sydney warehouse via Auspost. Orders for in-stock items received before 1 pm on weekdays will be dispatched on the next business day (ex Public Holidays).
If you place your order after 1 pm on a business day or during a weekend or public holiday, your order will ship out in two business days.
If we need to get in contact with you to verify information critical to dispatching your order, and we’re unable to, we may delay shipment of your order. We will always try to email/SMS you to resolve these issues before the shipping cutoff.
Cost
Australia
Free shipping to Australia for orders over $90 AUD, or $10 for orders less than that. Shipping takes 1-4 days to most major cities, excluding remote areas.
Should the order be returned, and the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
i.e. If your order total was $139 and you returned an item valued at $50, the refund amount would be $79. This is because the remaining order value is $89, which falls below the free shipping threshold.
New Zealand
Orders ship from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post International. The same cut-off applies: orders for in-stock items placed before 1 pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the next business day; orders placed after 1 pm, on a weekend, or on a public holiday are dispatched within two business days.
Postage is calculated at checkout using live Australia Post International rates, based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.
- International Standard — typically 6–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking to the New Zealand border.
- International Express — typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. Full door-to-door tracking.
Free New Zealand Standard shipping on orders over $300 AUD. Express upgrades remain chargeable and are quoted at checkout.
All prices are in AUD. Your bank or card issuer converts at their own rate. New Zealand GST and any duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the prices shown.
Returns and the free shipping threshold
As with Australian orders, free shipping is assessed on the value you keep. If a return brings your remaining order value below $300 AUD, the standard postage cost for your order will be deducted from the refund. For example: a $340 order with a $60 item returned leaves $280 remaining — below the threshold — so the original postage cost is deducted from the refund.
